What information we collect
We only collect personal information that we need to run our business and provide our products and services. Depending on how you interact with us, this may include:
- Contact and account details your name, business or trading name, email address, postal and delivery address, and phone number, provided when you register for a wholesale account, place an order, or contact us.
- Order and transaction information the products you view, add to your wishlist or cart, and order, along with your order history and correspondence with us.
- Login details the username and password you create for your wholesale account (passwords are stored in encrypted form).
- Enquiry information any details you include when you email us, submit a wishlist, or use a contact form.
- Technical and usage information collected automatically when you browse the site, such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and cookie data (see "Cookies" below).
Our website runs on WooCommerce (WordPress). Payment for orders is arranged directly with us; we do not store full credit card numbers on our website.

We collect personal information directly from you wherever we reasonably can for example, when you register an account, place an order, submit a wishlist, or contact us. Some technical information is collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the site. Where it is lawful and practical to do so, you may deal with us anonymously or under a pseudonym, though we may not be able to register you as a wholesale customer or fulfil orders without certain details.

- process, fulfil and deliver your orders and manage payment;
- respond to your enquiries, wishlists and requests, and tell you where your nearest stockist is located;
